Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in equipping volunteers and partners with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support isolated elderly individuals. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of reducing loneliness and enhancing the well-being of seniors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with QUALIOPI standards, catering to the diverse needs of volunteers and partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from the PFP Training Center's support and territorial teams to ensure seamless implementation of training programs.
  • Identify and analyze training needs through ongoing assessments and feedback mechanisms.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and prepare comprehensive annual reports to demonstrate impact.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of innovative training initiatives within the Center of Formation.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of training partners in your region, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote training opportunities across territories, working closely with salaried coordinators to ensure widespread participation among volunteer teams.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience in adult education.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences, particularly within a non-profit setting.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with volunteers in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience working within a QUALIOPI certified training organization is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
