Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Chef de groupe logistique. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of a group, ensuring the level of quality produced by the team and its goal/target achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise the activity
* Ensure implementation of the resources required to achieve your targets, and flag up issues where necessary
* Organize your team(s) to suit the activity concerned
* Lead, coordinate and manage a group
* Assist operators by providing them with instructions and explanations in the event of problems
* Carry out regular visual checks of team progress
* Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security and employment code rules
* Contribute to human resources management tasks (training, induction, etc.)
* Be proactive in proposing, and taking part in, continuous improvement initiatives
* Report any issue, productivity gap, technical problems, etc. to your line manager
* Complete the dashboard of indicators for the activity
* Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
