We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Designer to join our team at FED CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for HVAC systems in various phases of a project, from feasibility studies to final execution.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine HVAC designs and layouts for various project phases.
- Produce detailed schematics and synoptic diagrams of technical installations, including calculations for equipment sizing and thermal balances.
- Contribute to the development of project proposals, feasibility studies, and final designs.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HVAC engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting engineering firm or a construction company.
- Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Competitive salary range: 30-37KE (dependent on experience).
- Flexible work arrangements, including 2 days of remote work per week.
- 12 paid annual leave days, tickets, and other benefits.
