Production Operator

Marie, a leading company in the agro-food industry, is seeking a skilled Industrial Moulder to join its production team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production line, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

• Prepare and operate the mixing machines, ensuring accurate ingredient measurements and following established recipes.
• Conduct regular quality control checks, identifying and reporting any anomalies or defects.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Hold a CAP in Baking or Pastry-making and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Be familiar with industrial production processes and equipment.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
