Job Summary:
The International Marketing Support and Digital Marketing Specialist position is instrumental to accompany and support the activity growth of Inogen internationally. This manager will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Director to help execute the marketing strategy to support the sales and growth of the company globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for both PhysioAssist & Inogen product portfolio, aligning with business goals and objectives.
  • Digital Media Campaigns: Design and manage digital media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Content Creation: Manage the creation of digital content, including website, blogs, videos, and social media posts, to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Community Management: Maintain and manage presence on social media channels, engaging with customers and stakeholders.
  • Website Management: Manage website presence, updates, and maintenance to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Customer Database Management: Manage and leverage the customer database to drive marketing and sales activities.
  • Downstream Marketing Support: Manage the sales aid tool set, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective marketing support.
  • Event Management: Organize local, national, and international events, including training, exhibitions, and workshops.
  • Clinical Support: Support clinical activities and communication, helping to create programs and initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and sales.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills, working transversally with different groups within the company to achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in marketing communication and/or marketing support function, including experience in digital/social media.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication/Digital Communication.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to read and speak English fluently.
