**Job Summary**
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of accounting professionals, reviewing and supervising client files, developing strong relationships with clients, implementing effective management tools, and proposing innovative firm products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Review and supervise client files to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Implement and manage effective management tools to improve productivity and efficiency
- Propose and implement innovative firm products and services to stay ahead of the competition
**Requirements**
- DSCG diploma or equivalent
- Experience in accounting firms, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting software and systems
**What We Offer**
Our client offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €55,000 to €65,000 per year, plus benefits. The role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
