MBway, an international management school, is seeking an Assistant Category Manager for one of its partner companies.

Your Role
You will work with the category manager to support the meat category at the group level:
- Analyze market sales for the category, explaining trends and highlighting opportunities and issues for countries.
- Support new product development at the group level, monitoring development with R&D teams and implementing solutions in countries. Propose communication tools to assist launch.
- Contribute to the development of an annual trend program for customers, adapting to the category and creating concepts to inspire consumers.
Inform local teams of opportunities, sharing information between countries. Prepare category-specific events twice a year (content, organization, etc.). Help set up focus groups on technical and sales issues. Work on communication through the creation of well-known category publications. Propose new tools to develop the business, particularly digital ones.
You will work in an international context, Europe & North America.
Required Profile
Master's level (business school, IAE, agri-food engineering school, etc.). Bilingual English. Ability to analyze, coordinate, and organize. Ability to work with different countries and departments.
Terms and Conditions
