About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to the development of our stores under the supervision of your department manager:

• You will take pleasure in welcoming, informing, and serving customers on your stands, ensuring their satisfaction and guiding them towards the most suitable products;
• You will promote the Producteurs & Commerçants engagement and participate in customer loyalty programs;
• You will create attractive stands and animate your departments to encourage customers, while respecting specific regulations (price clarity and information, etc.);
• You will ensure the replenishment of departments throughout the day;
• You will ensure the respect of hygiene and food safety rules;
• You will participate in merchandise management by receiving and controlling received products and making proposals for orders.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, a taste for commerce, and a love for quality products. A first experience as a sales representative in a traditional department store would be an asset.
