Job Description

Join Aventa as a Pipeline Lead Engineer and take on a challenging role in the execution phase of a major project in South America. As a key member of the GPI team, you will be responsible for coordinating studies and managing the activities of our Client on Deep and Shallow Water discoveries offshore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE policies and procedures, implementing H3SE rules and requirements within the relevant area of responsibility.
  • Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification pre-commissioning, and commissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases.
  • Act as a technical referent vis-à-vis Contractor(s) and coordinate all pipeline activities by informing, supporting, and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives.
  • Liaise with other Package teams for Interface matters with the support of the Interface Manager / Leader(s).
  • Anticipate the supervision and control of testing and qualification activities, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of all UFR equipment.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 15 to 20 years of experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas projects, especially linked to UFR engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
  • Strong skills in deepwater and High temperature and high-pressure developments.
  • Fluent in English.
