Job Description:

Accor is seeking a highly skilled IP Lawyer to join its Corporate Legal Department. As a key member of the IP team, you will be responsible for protecting and defending the company's intellectual property assets worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist internal clients on a wide range of IP-related contracts
  • Provide support to operational and legal teams on intellectual property issues
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts involving intellectual property rights
  • Participate in the development and deployment of internal processes
  • Support the M&A team on IP aspects and drafting of agreements

Requirements:

  • Master of Business Law or Private Law
  • Specialization in intellectual property law
  • 5-6 years of experience in private practice or in-house
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
