Bakery Position at Boulangerie Louise

We are excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity as a Baker at Boulangerie Louise. This position combines work experience at our bakery with theoretical training from a partner school.

Apprenticeship Details:

  • Apprenticeship contract (CDD)
  • Targeted diploma: CAP Baker (RNCP 37537)
  • Training duration: 10 months
  • Theoretical training format: 100% distance learning
  • Work-study schedule: 2 days of training per week and 3 days in-store
  • Salary according to legal standards

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare traditional and specialty breads
  • Follow quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Implement company's sales strategy
  • Manage inventory to prevent shortages and minimize losses

Requirements:

  • Hold a level 3 diploma or higher
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
