As a Project Manager at Civils de la Défense, you will be responsible for planning and executing infrastructure operations within the company's geographical scope.
Main Responsibilities:- Participate in the planning of annual maintenance operations
- Develop or oversee the development of technical studies and tender documents for maintenance and construction contracts
- Monitor or oversee the execution of maintenance and construction contracts
- Manage the financial planning and tracking of contracts
- Contribute to the update of the GTP and SYNERGIE databases on the company's territory
- Develop maintenance programs for installations, write orders, and ensure administrative follow-up
- Monitor legal and contractual guarantees
We are looking for a graduate with a first experience in the infrastructure sector. You have solid analytical and synthesis skills, as well as proven knowledge and skills in urban planning and real estate management.
You are organized, rigorous, and dynamic, with developed writing, relational, and team animation skills. You are recognized for your sense of service, autonomy, and initiative-taking.
