E-commerce Project Coordinator

Au sein de la direction Solutions Digitales, vous intégrerez l'équipe agile en charge de concevoir, optimiser et suivre le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités de notre site e-commerce. Vous aurez principalement les missions suivantes :
Gestion de produit / projet :
- Participer aux évolutions de notre solution afin d'enrichir le parcours utilisateur
- Prise de briefs et rédaction de cahiers des charges
- Participer aux cérémonies agiles
- Produire des contenus divers, paramétrages simples des outils
- Rédiger des guides utilisateurs,
- Rédiger de jeux de tests et recettage
- Assurer la veille
Participer au déploiement de nos solutions digitales :
- Appui à l'animation en interne de la promotion de nos solutions digitales
- Appui à la communication (lancement, animations FDV...)
- Rédiger des supports de formation
- Co-construire et déployer des outils de la FDV
- Suivre les KPI's et incentives commerciaux
Veille :
- Se tenir au courant des best practices des sites et proposer des solutions innovantes pour OCP
- Participer à des demandes ponctuelles des différents chefs de projet de l'équipe
Qualifications :
Vous êtes actuellement en formation supérieure de commerce avec une spécialité Marketing / Digital. Vous êtes intéressé(e) par le Product management et la culture Web dans le secteur de l'e-commerce.
A l'aise avec la gestion de projet et sensible à l'expérience utilisateurs, vous êtes force de proposition et aimez le travail en équipe.
Une connaissance de la méthode agile SAFE est un plus.
