As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for reviewing Joint Use Engineering routes and design work, providing technical expertise to solve complex problems, and leading the development of advanced skills and independence in work activities.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of engineering projects, including the review of Joint Use Engineering routes and design work.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize advanced technical skills to solve complex problems and provide leadership and direction to team members.
- Leadership: Develop and implement plans to improve job-related, technical, and professional knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Reporting: Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches.
