Caregiver Specialist

• Provide personalized care and assistance to clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist clients with medication management, including administration and reminders.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, social work) preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
