As a Senior Associate/Consultant within our Energy Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world's top minds in the industry shaping the future of the nuclear industry. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, such as:
- Supporting government in designing their nuclear program in Western Europe
- Helping the project owner to select nuclear technology for future nuclear new build in Eastern Europe
- Supporting SMR developer to build their global supply chain and accelerate commercial readiness in North America
- Supporting M&A deals in decommissioning space in Europe
- Defining industrial strategy for spent nuclear fuel retreatment and recycling
- Performing project recovery of utility-scale nuclear new build project, both with project owner and major contractors
- Helping nuclear fusion player in their long-term commercial strategy
What You'll Bring
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the nuclear energy industry, either for a nuclear energy industry organization or a consulting firm with experience in nuclear energy topics
- Passion for the nuclear energy industry
- Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
- Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
- Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experienced in international work
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
