Job Title: Pharmacist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist Assistant to join our client's team at a clinic in a picturesque region of France. As a key member of the management team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where pharmacists play a vital role in the facility's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate chemotherapy prescriptions and oversee preparation to ensure the highest standards of patient care
• Participate in pharmacy operations, including analyzing prescriptions, managing orders, and handling product releases to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow
• Contribute to pharmacovigilance and material vigilance actions to ensure the safety and quality of medications
• Participate in committees to drive strategic decisions and improve the facility's performance
• Ensure medication safety through quality actions and risk management to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Pharmacist certified by DES or authorized to practice pharmacy in a PUI
• Ideal candidate will have expertise in oncology and pharmaceutical technology
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare services, practitioners, and administrative departments
