Your Team:
You will join the Group Risk Management department as part of the Group Information Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Head of the department. In light of increasing cybersecurity threats and global information risks, regulators require AXA to establish a robust second line of defense to effectively manage overall risks and maintain risk appetite. While the protection of information is a collective responsibility among all AXA entities, the Group Information Risk Management (GIRM) department is specifically tasked with leading the enterprise's approach to managing existing and emerging risks related to AXA's information stewardship.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will enhance, sustain, and refine the existing Information Risk Framework, ensuring its alignment with the new global Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) risk management framework, as mandated by the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). This includes driving its implementation and maintenance at both corporate and entity levels.
- Oversee the qualitative risk assessment campaigns at local levels, ensuring compliance with Group Operational Risk guidance, and analyze results at both local and global scales.
- Supervise the development and upkeep of quantitative models concerning IT risks, such as cyber-attacks and data privacy compliance, in collaboration with the Group Operational Risk team and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that effective mitigation actions are established at local levels for identified risks, in accordance with the risk tolerance levels.
- Coordinate the reporting of ICT incidents, ensuring timely notifications to supervisors and follow-ups as part of DORA regulations.
- Develop and maintain the quarterly Key Risk Indicators Dashboard on Information Risks, analyzing results to highlight key risks.
- In response to the increasing focus on third-party risks, you will create and sustain the global vendor risk management framework, ensuring its implementation and adherence at both corporate and entity levels.
- Support the integration of internal control processes within the Group and local business frameworks, adopting a risk-based approach.
- Foster collaboration within the Information Risk Management Community, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
Your Profile:
Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree in IT systems is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience, ideally within the Financial Services sector, with a focus on risk management.
- Proven experience as a business analyst with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with IT systems, processes, and controls.
- Experience in fostering relationships within a global organization.
Skills:
- In-depth understanding of information risk, vendor risk, and operational risk management.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with a proactive and rigorous approach to work.
