Laboratoire Français spécialisé en dermo-cosmétique, les Laboratoires Dermatologiques d'Uriage distribuent leurs produits depuis plus de 30 ans en pharmacie et parapharmacie en France et dans près de 90 pays.

Task Scope
Au sein du département Marketing Développement International, vous travaillerez en collaboration avec un(e) Chef de produit et contribuerez à créer et développer des produits innovants pour notre marque.
Your Missions Will Be The Following:
Contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits du concept à la mise sur les marchés monde (en relation étroite avec les services R&D, packaging, marketing opérationnel, digital, communication scientifique) ;
Analyser les besoins et les attentes consommateurs sur nos différents marchés ;
Analyser le marché dermo-cosmétique et les grandes tendances de l'univers de la beauté ;
Mesurer la performance de notre marque et de nos concurrents principaux (sell-in et sell-out via les panels GERS) ;
Collaborer avec les prestataires : rédaction de briefs, obtention de devis conformes au budget, coordination des projets pour une mise à disposition des éléments de marque (communications, vidéos de lancement, visuels créatifs) dans les délais impartis ;
Participer à la préparation des campagnes et outils marketing (books de lancement, présentations innovations, argumentaires de vente, brochures, PLV...) dans différentes langues et selon les spécificités de chaque marché au niveau mondial ;
Préparer des séminaires internationaux et nationaux réunissant les distributeurs, les équipes commerciales, la formation et la visite médicale.
Profile
De formation Bac + 4 ou 5 avec une spécialisation en Marketing, vous avez une appétence forte pour le secteur de la dermo-cosmétique et avez idéalement, déjà réalisé un Stage en tant que Chef de produit.
