About the Role
Nutropy is seeking an Analytical Technician to join our team in Evry. As an Analytical Technician, you will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, and analyzing experiments in our analytics pipeline to quantify and identify metabolites and proteins.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments at lab scale to characterize and quality control our products
- Manage a rigorous lab notebook and write/maintain SOPs up to date
- Prepare and present results to your supervisors and the team
- Contribute to IP generation and collaborate with different departments
- Maintain equipment, laboratory inventory, consumables, and solutions
Requirements
- Graduate degree in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, food science, or similar relevant tracks
- Previous experience in a lab, ideally with similar responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with well-plate assays, denaturing and native gel electrophoresis, protein transfer
- Proficient in English, ideally speak some French
