About the Job

We are recruiting for a Production Agent for one of our clients in the surface treatment industry in Bourg-de-Peage. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Starting and changing machine series
  • Adjusting machines after examining the production range to ensure proper functioning
  • Producing on all assigned machines according to production orders
  • Notifying machine downtime and intervention times
  • Performing level 2 maintenance tasks
  • Correcting production issues
  • Inspecting products visually and dimensionally using control charts
  • Alerting the workshop manager and quality department in case of quality issues
  • Analyzing the source of major defects in appearance and dimension
  • Packing products after production and quality control
  • Recording data before disassembly and participating in continuous improvement of the production unit
  • Learning to disassemble equipment completely
  • Examining pre-assembly of all equipment
  • Assembling each station according to technical documentation
  • Providing assembly documentation to the workshop manager
  • Informing the workshop manager of actions taken and transmitting to the next team
