Job Title: Sales Assistant - Retail

Manolo Blahnik is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Paris. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and display of products in the store.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries.
  • Participate in sales events and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High level of product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
