MyJobCompany is seeking a skilled Robot Welding Operator to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the implementation of automated welding operations on our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and calibrate welding robots according to technical specifications to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Monitor and control the quality of welds and make necessary adjustments to meet our high standards.
  • Oversee the smooth operation of automated welding processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on welding equipment to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in welding, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of automated welding techniques and ability to read and interpret technical plans.
  • Attention to detail, precision, and autonomy to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of €12-€15 per hour, plus benefits.
