The digital solutions division is structured around three major solution families, responsible for product publishing and an operations department tasked with the deployment and management of customer projects across various regions.
Key solution areas include:
- Water Operations & Assets Solutions: Software solutions for comprehensive management of the water cycle and investment management in water and waste infrastructure.
- R&R Solutions & Customer Portals: Digital solutions designed to optimize waste management, from collection to various recovery sectors.
The operations division comprises a central team primarily based in France, along with departments situated in strategic countries/regions for the development of Digital Solutions. This strategy must align closely with international market demands while optimizing development and operational costs, with a focus on rationalizing the product portfolio to reduce diversity.
To achieve this objective, understanding customer needs from Suez Bus worldwide and external clients is essential.
Prepare, alongside your team and in collaboration with the factory, for project gate reviews of every product and present these reviews to the Suez Digital Solution governance.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all project phases.
Collaboration with Digital Factory:Work in close partnership with the Digital Factory and Data teams to harness digital technologies and capabilities for the development and enhancement of our digital solutions aimed at optimizing industrial assets.
A Master's degree is preferred, along with proven experience in digital and data product management roles, ideally within industrial applications.
A solid understanding of emerging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT, and their applications in an industrial context is essential.
Fluency in English is required; BU: Differentiation Unit - Digital Solutions.
