As a key member of the Global Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's internal communications strategy, supporting its development and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive internal communication strategy to engage employees across the organization
  • Design and implement 360° communication plans to promote company initiatives and values
  • Collaborate with international subsidiaries to execute internal communication actions
  • Manage global communication projects, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and leading a network of international communicators
  • Support managerial functions in their internal communication issues and work closely with business departments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communication functions
