Position:

Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage freight operations for both full and partial loads from various clients,
  • Develop and sustain a robust client portfolio in partnership with sales teams,
  • Ensure the efficient execution of transportation services, focusing on delivery timelines, cost management, and service excellence,
  • Negotiate pricing and schedules with transport providers,
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and offer expert guidance.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Transport BTS degree, complemented by relevant industry experience.

  • Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work autonomously,
  • Possess patience and exceptional organizational capabilities,
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and comfort in phone communications,
  • Have proficient computer skills,
  • Knowledge of the English language is advantageous.
