As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the critical path schedule of consultants, general contractors, and supply chain partners to secure and gain increased value from our vendors in D&C projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the technical vendor manager schedule to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Collaborate with consultants, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to identify and secure key construction partners
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to drive business value and reduce costs
- Work closely with procurement, pre-construction, and construction teams to execute commercial and technical deliverables
- Assist in the tendering process and provide support to pre-construction manager and procurement
- University degree in civil engineering or architecture
- Proven project management experience in construction and/or contracts management
- Strong analytical skills with aptitude for figures and data-driven argumentation
- Proficient in utilizing Excel and software tools to deliver vendor metrics and conduct data-driven analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Cross-functional experience, especially procurement, planning, cost control, contracts, or project management
- Knowledge of contract management (FIDIC, NEC, JTC, etc.) and experience in technical/management roles on construction sites
- German, French, Polish, Arabic, Turkish language skills
