Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish an efficient secretarial organization tailored to the team's needs.
  • Configure and customize order management tools.
  • Support the Lyon Indirect Purchasing team with various administrative tasks.
  • Manage tender calls.
  • Process registrations in ERP, send orders, and track signatures.
  • Monitor billing.
  • Draft extension amendments.
  • Draft close-out amendments.
  • Process supplier creation requests.
  • Track supplier qualification files.
  • Monitor supplier evaluations.
  • Manage market intelligence.
  • Organize team events.
  • Assist the Manager in reporting, statistics, and presentations.
  • Archive papers and network documents.

Requirements:

  • Preparation for a Bac +2 degree.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong will and dynamism.
