The Role of Project Management at Worldwide
At Worldwide Clinical Trials, our Project Management team represents a unique combination of operational precision and therapeutic knowledge, all centered around a client-oriented philosophy.
The Project Management team is involved in every facet of the clinical trial process, working closely with scientific and therapeutic leaders, coordinating across various project teams, and delivering flexible, innovative, and proactive solutions.
In this role, you will focus on a specific therapeutic area, allowing you to cultivate in-depth global operational expertise while benefiting from the exceptional scientific and medical insights provided by our experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive coordination and management of clinical trials from initiation through to closeout.
- Collaborate with major functional area leaders to identify and assess critical project issues, interpret complex data, make informed business decisions, and ensure the implementation of effective solutions.
- With the support of Project Management Directors, work in partnership with other functional area leaders to ensure that all project deliverables align with customer and contractual expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage projects within a multi-office environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
- A minimum of 7 years of Clinical Project Management experience, preferably within a CRO setting.
- Comprehensive understanding of project management processes, including the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
