Company: FED HUMAN is a private association that aims to bring together specific establishments in the field of Francophonie and create mandates. They operate in over 100 countries worldwide with a total of 500 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update employee administrative records: contracts, addendums, attestations, probation periods, absences, etc.
  • Process monthly payroll.
  • Handle apprenticeship contracts and internships.
  • Develop the personnel training plan, oversee training activities and expenses, liaise with training organizations.
  • Participate in recruitment and new employee integration processes.
  • Contribute to payroll outsourcing project.
  • Act as the employer's representative in the CSE.
  • Interact with social and administrative organizations: expatriate insurance coverage, social security contributions, etc.
  • Prepare expatriate payroll.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a small to medium-sized company.
  • Knowledge of labor and social law.
  • Experience in compensation and payroll processing.
  • Financial management and accounting knowledge is advantageous.
  • Polyvalent, flexible, open to change.
  • Autonomous, organized, with a sense of initiative and priorities.
  • Rigorous, proactive in handling tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.
  • Fluent in written and spoken French.

Location: Paris 5th arrondissement

Salary: Between 45k and 50k
