Security Coordinator

Scalable Capital GmbH is a leading digital investment platform in Europe, making investing easy and affordable for everyone. Our clients can trade a wide range of securities, including stocks, ETFs, and funds, to build their portfolios and earn interest on their cash balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily reconciliation and settlement processes to ensure flawless financial services
- Coordinate detailed security event analyses to identify and resolve issues
- Communicate with external partners for clearing and settlement, as well as stock exchanges, to ensure smooth transaction processing
- Develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the company's fast-paced growth
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent
- Fundamental experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management
- Knowledge of securities and banking processes, including corporate actions, securities transfers, and on-exchange trading and settlement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
