Job Summary

Job23 is seeking a highly skilled Anesthesist Nurse to join our team. As an Anesthesist Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of patient care in the anesthesiology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control and safety checks in the anesthesiology department
• Develop and implement research studies and training programs in anesthesiology, pain management, and emergency care
• Provide training and information to new staff members and students
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families throughout the care process
• Implement and monitor traceability in anesthesiology
• Implement and monitor risk prevention measures and vigilance in anesthesiology
• Develop and implement anesthesia and analgesia plans based on patient needs and medical procedures
• Prepare and organize the anesthesiology site and equipment according to patient needs and medical procedures
• Write and update patient records
• Stay up-to-date with professional developments
• Provide patient support and counseling in pain management

Education and Qualifications
