Position: Production Operator H/F

Role Overview:

• Set up, initiate, manage, and conclude production processes
• Organize and commence the manufacturing of various products
• Perform quality assessments in line with established protocols
• Oversee and enhance production efficiency (including machine feeding processes)
• Document incidents, equipment failures, production irregularities, leaks, and potential safety hazards
• Conduct essential product evaluations

Work Environment: Operate in a three-shift system, engage in load handling, and collaborate in pairs

Compensation: Hourly wage ranging from 12EUR to 13EUR plus performance bonuses
