Job Mission

Your Responsibilities:

Perform various maintenance tasks, planned or unplanned, for the entire site.

Diagnose and repair issues promptly to ensure production resumes as soon as possible, while adhering to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

  • Perform maintenance tasks on the entire site:

    Replace or repair various equipment such as pumps, valves, motors, centrifuges, conveyor belts, fans, gearboxes, dryers, etc.

    Occasionally perform welding tasks

    Master techniques for identifying and diagnosing equipment failures

    Perform tests and calibrate repaired equipment

  • In the workshop:

    Repair various equipment such as pumps, drives, etc.

    Assemble equipment and prepare materials, including conveyor belts

  • Prepare for interventions (tools, formalities before intervention, organization)

    May be required to assist production operators, diagnose equipment failures

    Perform equipment cleaning operations

    Report any issues or anomalies found during site rounds to your supervisor through MTM work tables

    May be required to replace the posted mechanic. As such, they are part of the Second Intervention Team. They are specifically trained for this role, recertified annually, and participate in HSE exercises on a specific theme.

Profile

  • Holder of a degree in industrial maintenance with experience

  • Autonomous and adaptable, with a sense of organization and responsibility

  • You appreciate working in a team and are sensitive to safety, food safety, and environmental concerns

  • Strong writing skills are required for technical documentation such as intervention reports, summaries, operating procedures, and maintenance procedures

  • Proficiency in office software and SAP is a plus
