Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the beverage industry, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets for all product lines within the assigned region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
