Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets for all product lines within the assigned region.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
  • Motivate and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance.
