Job Title: Grocery Section Supervisor

Grand Frais is in search of a dedicated retail professional to manage the grocery section. In this leadership role, you will oversee the grocery area and lead a team of 2 to 3 sales associates. Your primary objective will be to effectively manage the section to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a prominent in-store presence to enhance the appeal of the grocery section
  • Execute merchandising strategies and coordinate promotional events
  • Operate independently to foster customer loyalty through exceptional service and customized product selections

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, ideally within a supermarket environment. A strong sense of accountability and excellent organizational abilities are crucial. We seek a proactive individual with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Contract Type: Permanent full-time contract

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, including Saturdays
