Digital Media Specialist

The Owned & Paid Media Specialist is a key member of our Marketing team, responsible for defining the content calendar and campaign settings for our owned local channel (Facebook) to ensure commercial alignment with local needs. This role also involves supervising community management agencies and delivering creative assets for paid media campaigns in collaboration with agencies and graphic designers, using global platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to media campaign setting and local adaptation to market
- Responsible for adapting global communication materials
- Set up social media creative assets for all paid campaigns by briefing agencies together with other team members and filling creative briefing sheets
- Responsible for setting up owned social media content calendars and ensuring alignment with other channels (e-commerce, CRM, trade) and with local commercial needs
- Together with the rest of owned & paid media teams, be proactive in identifying new opportunities in the channel to drive sales to e-commerce
- Supervise Facebook post messaging and assets to ensure global guidelines alignment
- Contribute to media campaign briefings to media agencies together with other team members
- Responsible for adapting global communication materials/creating local digital campaigns granting alignment on all digital platforms (Pandora.net, Pandora Club, social media) in close relationship with the Cluster WEEU Paid & Owned Media Manager and teams
- Responsible for overseeing branding and always-on campaigns to ensure they are in line with media brief
- Analyze owned & paid KPIs/results using tools such as Sprinklr, etc. in close relationship with Paid & Owned Media Specialist and Cluster Paid & Owned Manager
- Help in providing weekly and monthly reports with the Media Planning Analyst and benchmark competition
- Set up campaign tracking with the support of our agencies
- Masters degree in Digital Marketing
- Strong digital & social media background
- Experience in working with digital data analysis
- MS Office professional (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in creative materials adaptation
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish
