Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing a warm welcome, information, guidance, and conducting thorough assessments
- Assessing the appropriateness and type of long-term assistance
- Ensuring ongoing support for individuals and families to foster autonomy and integration by formalizing interventions
- Creating an integration strategy for RSA beneficiaries through contractual agreements
- Participating in evaluations of risk or hazardous situations concerning child protection and vulnerable adults
- Leading or engaging in collective initiatives and informational sessions
- Contributing to technical meetings within the service
- Assisting in the training of students and the onboarding of new staff members
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess the ability to conduct both individual and group interviews, evaluate risk in personal or family contexts, manage time effectively, produce comprehensive reports, collaborate with other departmental services, and exhibit autonomy, availability, teamwork, adaptability, and knowledge of social action policies, departmental services, and relevant legislation. Experience working with disabled populations is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
This position is open exclusively to individuals holding specific qualifications such as educator specialist, social service assistant, family and social economy counselor, early childhood educator, technical educator, nurse, educator monitor, and social and family intervention technician. A valid driver's license is mandatory. This is a full-time role.
