As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for creatively solving problems, ensuring a balance between speed, reliability, pragmatism, and excellence. Your mission will be to demonstrate proficiency in problem analysis, collaborate with various teams to offer pragmatic solutions, and be accountable for their end-to-end execution. You will also create, design, develop, and operate the shared infrastructure platform to support Swile's growth, new products, and international development. Additionally, you will perpetually improve the developer experience by considering the platform as a product, simplifying processes, improving time to market, automating everything that can be automated, and making software engineers' lives better. You will train, coach, and support software engineers to make teams autonomous on DevOps & SRE practices, enabling our 'you build it, you run it' philosophy at scale. You will also take care of platform security, compliance, and keep costs under control. To be successful in this role, you will need to obtain a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to users and clients. You will also need to stay up-to-date on new technologies and architectures. Finally, you will demonstrate good judgment in your potential Swile applications and provide positive, constructive, and qualitative feedback during code reviews. You will mentor and promote tech growth within the team.
