As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing partnerships that are crucial for our business development initiatives. Your primary focus will be on generating business opportunities through effective collaboration with our partners on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development

  1. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners to ensure proactive collaboration in business development efforts.
  2. Formulate and execute a comprehensive partner strategy and business plan aimed at enhancing revenue growth and improving success rates by utilizing partner resources and networks.
  3. Utilize partner relationships to facilitate sales initiatives.
  4. Lead a cohesive partner governance structure, prioritizing business and operational planning at both global and regional levels.
  5. Oversee the company's commitments to partnerships, with assistance from procurement and legal teams.
  6. Elevate partnership levels and implement programs to achieve relevant partnership recognitions.
  7. Monitor and manage partnership performance against established objectives and metrics.
  8. Drive profitability enhancements by maximizing partner incentives.
  9. Coordinate the advancement of capabilities, competencies, and certifications within your scope.

Joint Business Development

  1. Spearhead the development and alignment of joint go-to-market strategies and priorities for alliances and partnerships.
  2. Propel the creation and execution of growth campaigns to accelerate business development and sales efforts.
  3. Facilitate joint account planning across regional business units to create a robust sales pipeline.
  4. Assist in closing qualified opportunities in collaboration with alliances and partnerships, contributing to overall customer success.

Requirements:

  1. Proven expertise in business development, particularly in managing large and complex deals.
  2. Experience in handling multimillion-dollar deals and achieving aggressive growth targets.
  3. A minimum of 5 years of recent experience working directly with ServiceNow and a well-established network within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  4. Strong background in partnership development, negotiation, and strategic business planning.
  5. Experience working in a complex international and matrixed environment.
