About the Role
The AP-HP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Manager to join our team in the Neurosurgery Department. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with AP-HP's strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimization.
- Represent the department in internal and external meetings, promoting AP-HP's reputation and values.
Requirements
- Degree in Healthcare Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
