Sous la direction du Responsable Achats, le Responsable Achats de l'usine gère les activités d'approvisionnement de production pour les sites dont il a la charge. Il collabore étroitement avec les stratégies d'achats des Acheteurs de Commodités Stratégiques dans le but d'optimiser en permanence la performance en termes de qualité, de coûts et de délais. Il est donc le point de contact clé pour les achats de production auprès des responsables d'usine.

Vous serez amené(e) à réaliser certaines ou toutes les activités suivantes :
Prendre en charge la performance d'approvisionnement des usines :
Proposer un Plan de Productivité Achats pour les usines sous votre responsabilité, et le valider avec les Acheteurs de Commodités Stratégiques. Analyser tous les composants et matériaux en usine pour identifier des opportunités d'économies, et générer des idées de 'reconception pour le coût', 'faire ou acheter' et d'optimisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Agir en tant que consultant local en matières pour les usines (achats spéciaux).Gérer la performance d'approvisionnement pour les usines :
Contribuer à l'élaboration du budget d'approvisionnement pour chaque usine. Contrôler les initiatives de réduction des coûts pour les usines sous votre responsabilité via des actions PPP, et valider leur cohérence avec les budgets d'approvisionnement des usines. Fournir aux responsables d'usine des rapports mensuels sur l'avancement du plan d'action PPP, des mesures de performance (Qualité, Coûts et Délais) et des prévisions.Préparation du PPP :
Mettre en œuvre les actions PPP dès qu'elles atteignent la phase d'implémentation. Diriger l'équipe de mise en œuvre (qualification des composants, mise en œuvre du processus d'approvisionnement, montée/descente en cadence, etc.). Passer des commandes dans les phases de programme et de développement conformément aux informations formelles fournies par les Acheteurs de Commodités Stratégiques et/ou les Acheteurs de Programmes. Diriger l'équipe de mise en œuvre de transfert (faire ou acheter, changement de lieu de fabrication, faillite de fournisseur, etc.).Soutenir les usines dans leurs projets locaux et en cas de crises fournisseurs :
Aider l'équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement à garantir une amélioration constante des délais de livraison et de la performance globale de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Soutenir les responsables sourcing en cas de crises fournisseurs, et veiller à ce que les problèmes soient escaladés au niveau approprié.Participer aux comités de sélection des fournisseurs en phase de développement en préparation du démarrage de la production.
Les activités doivent être adaptées pour les employés en contrat de travail/études (contrats de formation professionnelle, contrats d'apprentissage, etc.) afin de rester cohérentes avec leur formation théorique.
Traiter et résoudre les alertes QSE soulevées par le personnel. S'assurer que votre équipe possède les compétences requises pour ses fonctions (formation QSE, accréditations, etc.). Soutenir le développement de la maturité QSE dans votre secteur.15 ans d'expérience.
