Your Responsibilities:

CMS Line Management:

• Prepare the production line prior to operation
• Verify settings and ensure the line operates correctly along with equipment condition
• Execute necessary computer entries pertinent to your role
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workspace throughout the shift

Machine Operation Duties:

• Assess product quality and compliance
• Oversee machine supply, installations, and product flow
• Select and validate manufacturing programs based on product specifications (such as cards, chips, etc.)
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to products and production tools
• Conduct basic maintenance on production equipment
• Adjust settings and rectify any malfunctions
• Repair machine components as necessary
• Refine finished products as needed (on the sensor)
• Facilitate a seamless startup process (checklist, adjustments, etc.)
• Ensure consistent machine functionality (monitoring)
• Participate in gathering data on machine incidents
• Maintain the machine and its surrounding area

Required Skills:

• Thorough understanding of the operational processes in your field
• Proficient in the use of relevant equipment
• Familiarity with computer applications
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety protocols related to your workstation
