We oversee and facilitate a variety of facilities, programs, and socio-educational and cultural initiatives tailored for Early Childhood, Youth, and Families. As a central employer, we handle recruitment for our associated organizations.

Role Overview:

In collaboration with the Director of Collective Childcare, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Activities for Children:
    - Organize and conduct a range of activities tailored to the children's age and level of independence.
    - Provide educational support, assist with homework, and guide children in related tasks.
    - Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols during all activities, as well as the appropriate use of facilities and materials.
  • Contributing to the Educational Framework:
    - Design and execute activities that align with the educational framework set by the team under the Director's guidance.
    - Participate in team collaborations, attend meetings, propose activity ideas, and identify necessary materials.
    - Engage with parents in a welcoming manner.
  • Assisting During Meal Times:
    - Ensure children's safety during transitions and confirm attendance.
    - Create a friendly and engaging mealtime atmosphere, promoting good manners, hygiene practices, and respect for communal living.
    - Support the school meal program, encourage balanced nutrition, and collaborate with the team on various service tasks.
    - Inspire children's interest in culinary experiences.
Candidate Profile:

We seek enthusiastic, self-sufficient individuals with strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine passion for educational initiatives.

Experience in recreational activities, including their design and implementation with the public, along with skills in animation and managing play areas, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- BAFA or willingness to undergo training at no upfront cost.
- CPJEPS.
- CQP.
- STAPS degree.
- DE Moniteur Educateur.
