AXA Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Identity Architect to join our team. As a key player in shaping the organization's digital identity landscape, you will drive efficiency, security, and compliance through the effective implementation of the identity provisioning tool.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Implementation: Implement the identity governance and administration solution, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
- Process Automation: Automate identity management processes to streamline and automate the creation, management, and deactivation of user identities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, and Security teams to understand their needs and ensure the identity provisioning tool meets these needs.
- Maintenance: Maintain and enhance the new AXA global platform, its documentation, and procedures.
- Operations: Manage complex IAM IPC and train BAU teams on standard operations.
We are looking for someone with 5 years of proven experience in Information Security/IAM as a specialist or expert in a large-scale organization. Proven experience with Saviynt IGA cloud platform and CA Identity Manager is required. Expertise in IAM concepts, solutions, and services, as well as familiarity with network, workplace, and infrastructure domains, is essential.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and priorities. Fluency in English and a second language is a plus.
