Job Description
We are currently recruiting an Intern – Learning Officer to join our Learning team. As an Intern – Learning Officer, you will support the Learning team in partnership with One Arendt experts and external vendors. Your role will involve:
- Managing the Training Calendar
- Planning Training Courses and Trainers
- Publishing Learning Sessions on the Arendt Learning Platform
- Providing Necessary Information about Sessions
- Booking Physical or Virtual Classrooms and Blocking Trainers' Agendas
- Preparing Classrooms and Learning Materials
- Maintaining Training Records
- Ensuring Compliance with Established Policies and Best Practices
- Compiling Learning Feedback and Providing Compilation to Trainers and Design and Development Teams
- Drafting Reports on Training Activities and Results
- Administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and Ensuring Systematic Capture of Corporate Training Records and Data
- Processing Invoices and Checking Invoices against Orders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Student in Business Management/Administration/Human Resources
- A Perfect Command of French and English (both spoken and written)
- An Excellent Command of MS Office, particularly in Excel
- Highly Organized, Rigorous, and Detail-Oriented
- Able to Work Autonomously
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, a Service-Oriented Mindset, and a Team Player
