We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Communications Trainee. This role will support our Social Media Manager in upholding the company's brand identity and editorial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business.
- Content Creation: Establish an editorial calendar, craft engaging captions, and manage interactions by responding to direct messages and comments.
- Content Publishing: Publish self-edited materials such as flyers and reels, as well as content produced by external photographers and videographers.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers from different locations to highlight relevant information and content based on current events.
Trend Monitoring:
- Keep track of social media trends and adapt content and positioning accordingly, leveraging knowledge of algorithm changes.
Influencer Engagement:
- Identify suitable profiles, coordinate operational setups across locations, and generate weekly/monthly reports.
Newsletter Development:
- Collect data from project managers, establish a newsletter schedule, and compose internal and external newsletters for the organization.
Paid Advertising:
- Implement advertising strategies, brief agencies, manage content requests, and track campaign performance and results.
For all responsibilities, regular competitor analysis and reporting will be essential across Social Media, Influencer Engagement, Newsletters, and Paid Advertising.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of the luxury and/or hospitality sectors.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a creative mindset.
- Outstanding writing skills in both English and French.
- A genuine enthusiasm for social media, online trends, and influencer marketing.
- Solid grasp of luxury aesthetics with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborative spirit, motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in both French and English.
