Join Our Team as a Business Transformation Consultant

Boston Consulting Group is a global management consulting firm that helps organizations navigate complex change and achieve sustainable growth. As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will work with our clients to develop and implement strategies that drive business transformation and turnaround.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to BCG's growth in operational and financial restructuring through active case work, client relations, and creating valuable IP and products.
  • Offer expertise in turnaround projects across various industries, emphasizing operational restructuring and immediate performance boosts.
  • Analyze financials to assess situations and formulate quick action plans.
  • Identify key immediate improvements and advocate for their adoption with company leaders.
  • Collaborate with BCG and client teams, sharing knowledge both internally and on client sites.
  • Lead intellectually by inspiring project teams with innovative ideas and frameworks for research and analysis.
  • Engage in business growth activities through client interactions and participation in industry events.

Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of work experience gained in a lateral environment with a focus on turnaround and restructuring topics
  • A track record of leading corporate and financial restructuring projects
  • Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
  • Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations set you apart
  • Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards and experienced in international work
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
