About the Position:

NEXTEP HR is actively seeking a Payroll Manager Social Pole H/F on a permanent contract for a well-established Accounting Firm. Responsibilities include:

• Autonomous processing of payroll across multiple agreements
• Compliance with legal procedures
• Administrative management of personnel
• Employee affiliation and deregistration
• Settlement of all accounts
• First-level advice
• Employment contract management
• Conventional termination procedures
• Dismissal management

Profile:

• Education: Payroll management qualification
• Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in an accounting firm
