Become a part of the Kangourou Kids Nice family
We are in search of a dedicated childcare provider to look after a young infant aged 18 months.
This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from 11.54 to 12€.
Care Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Working Hours: Afternoons from 15:00 to 18:00, with occasional evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the well-being of the child
- Assist with daily routines and care
- Prepare and help with meals, hygiene, and dressing
- Maintain a safe environment for the child
- Support the child's growth and social skills
- Engage in educational and enjoyable activities
- Respect and follow the child's schedule
- Accompany the child to activities or playdates
- Assist in developing language skills, independence, hygiene, nutrition, and rules
- Collaborate effectively with parents and the agency
- Keep parents updated on the child's progress
- Adhere to guidelines and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness of the environment and materials
- Provide guidance to parents as needed
- Document significant events and milestones
- Report to the agency supervisor as required
Qualifications:
Must be punctual, self-sufficient, trustworthy, and proactive.
Experience in childcare is essential, especially with young children.
A diploma or certification in early childhood education is preferred.
Ability to foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with parents.
